I ordered a lightsaber BOGO deal from them for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be 2 lightsabers. When it arrived, only 1. I contacted them as it was close to Christmas hoping for a quick response. Days with no word. Then 1 email, I respond immediately, Days again, no word. Then I get a response from someone blaming me for doing it wrong, claiming it's not their fault when I ordered a buy one get one, that I got the one I bought but not the other one, but is in fact my fault. Super awesome, blame the customer who followed the steps on the website exactly with a link ON THEIR SITE that said buy one, get one. Their solution: send that one back, once we have it, we will refund you (which is their return policy anyway) and we will let you order again. No apology for the error, for the ruined Christmas gift, just you can buy again and wait longer to get what you paid for and MAYBE we will cover the shipping of your return. No effort to, hey, let's expedite shipping and get something to you. No, hey, we only sent 1 on a BOGO, let's ship a second one and offer you a discount for doing it wrong or even just, let's get you what you paid for. No, the solution, YOU do more work, take more time, spend more on shipping and start over. This is one of the worst solutions I've ever seen. With plenty of other similar quality products, I'd HIGHLY recommend turning to Saberforge OR ANY of their competitors. If your order isn't exactly right, these guys make NO effort to fix that.
