I placed an order for a lightsaber buy one get one deal for my son as a Christmas gift. It was meant to include two lightsabers, but I only received one. I reached out to the support team hoping for a prompt reply, especially since it was close to Christmas, but I was met with silence for days. After a while, I received one email, to which I quickly responded, but again, I waited days without any communication. Finally, I got a reply from a representative who blamed me for the misunderstanding, insisting that it was my fault for not receiving the second lightsaber despite following their website instructions precisely, which clearly stated the buy one, get one offer. Their proposed solution was for me to return the single lightsaber, after which they would issue a refund and allow me to reorder. There was no acknowledgment of the mistake or the impact on my Christmas plans, just a suggestion that I could reorder and potentially cover the return shipping costs myself. There was no attempt to expedite shipping or rectify their error by sending out the second lightsaber. Instead, I was left to do all the extra work, incur additional shipping costs, and start the process over. This has been one of the most frustrating resolutions I’ve encountered. With many other similar products available, I would strongly advise considering alternative sellers.
I ordered a lightsaber BOGO deal from them for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be 2 lightsabers. When it arrived, only 1. I contacted them as it was close to Christmas hoping for a quick response. Days with no word. Then 1 email, I respond immediately, Days again, no word. Then I get a response from someone blaming me for doing it wrong, claiming it's not their fault when I ordered a buy one get one, that I got the one I bought but not the other one, but is in fact my fault. Super awesome, blame the customer who followed the steps on the website exactly with a link ON THEIR SITE that said buy one, get one. Their solution: send that one back, once we have it, we will refund you (which is their return policy anyway) and we will let you order again. No apology for the error, for the ruined Christmas gift, just you can buy again and wait longer to get what you paid for and MAYBE we will cover the shipping of your return. No effort to, hey, let's expedite shipping and get something to you. No, hey, we only sent 1 on a BOGO, let's ship a second one and offer you a discount for doing it wrong or even just, let's get you what you paid for. No, the solution, YOU do more work, take more time, spend more on shipping and start over. This is one of the worst solutions I've ever seen. With plenty of other similar quality products, I'd HIGHLY recommend turning to Saberforge OR ANY of their competitors. If your order isn't exactly right, these guys make NO effort to fix that.
This was a buy 1 get 1 free deal that I purchased. I planned plenty of time to get it for Christmas, as a gift for my 6 year old son. I received only 1, not 2. I called multiple times, emailed, used the chat feature on their website, filled out contact us forms. 0 response. 0 solution.The exciting gift I had planned for my son, ruined. Still no word. I paid to get 2, received only 1. With all the other lightsaber companies out there, I’d suggest trying a different one, one that may actually deliver what you pay for, or respond when they don’t.0/10 do not recommend
Got an email a while ago telling me how to get another free saber. Did the videos and sent off the links like the email said and have not heard word about it since.Update: They got back to me promptly after this review and are now looking into the videos I sent. Rating going up for customer support.
I wish I could give a 4.5 stars because I really like the whole package. The quality seems great and build quality feels very sturdy. It sounds amazing also. My only recommended improvements are minor. I wish the tape to hold the grip wrap matched the grip and didn't have words on it. Also I couldn't figure out how to change the motion control, and didn't know about downloading an app to have access to more settings until I contacted support. Would have been helpful had it been in the instructions to direct you to the app.
I got my 1st pair of lightsabers an they are amazing the closest to a real lightsaber it going to get it has side effects for different colors of the lightsaber color you choose Lightsaber itself is very bright just like in the film an they really are dual battle ready these saber are not a toy it has a little weight to them as well very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend for anyone that wants to get there hands on them
I was very surprised by the quality of. I was nervous spending that money but totally worth it when product arrived . I am also impressed with the durability. My kid and I put it through its paces pretty good and it still works great
I purchased two V2 sabers for my son and he absolutely loved them. I must say the quality of the sabers impressed me as well. We got about two years out of the blades that came on em and when we finally did have a blade break on us, customer support was responsive and focused and shipped replacements out to us immediately. Overall I'd definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a detailed and high quality saber that's durable enough to handle rigorous abuse. You'll have to see it for yourself to believe just HOW tough these things are! A great product, backed by a great customer support that is attentive to customers needs and feedback, what more could you ask for?
