Let me just say that I am thankful the product is as good as what it is but it did not excuse the terrible service I received. I made the order at the beginning of August and it was dispatched on 02/08, however after looking into it three weeks later FedEx confirmed they never had it and I reported this to the company. You said you'd get back to me, never did. Asked if it was dispatched or even with FedEx, still no reply. Asked for it to be cancelled and refunded. Still sent me the order regardless, and it was with Yodel in the end. Had I refused the delivery, there was no guarantee I would get my money back as I couldn't even trust you to give me a reply let alone my money back you thieves.Even a discount wouldn't hurt to be offered for the poor service but I didnt even get any info, left in the dark and no sorry for the fact its almost been the whole month just to deliver the damn things
