I placed an order for two sabers on December 23rd, which is likely not the best time for such purchases. After a week of my order showing as still being processed, I reached out to the service team. They informed me that processing takes 10 to 14 days, so I decided to be patient and wait. However, it's now been 17 days, and my order is still marked as processing. I sent another email two days ago, but have yet to receive a response. I was hoping to surprise my 11-year-old cousin for his birthday, but that seems unlikely now. I urge the company to look into my order.
