Review Time
I ordered from The Saber Company in December and it is now February and I still have not received my order.
First, my order was delayed for weeks before it was even shipped. When I finally got a shipping confirmation, the parcel got stuck in the Netherlands due to “incorrect documentation”. From that point on, I spent over a month emailing customer support.
Every reply was the same:
“My case has been escalated”,
“We are monitoring the situation”,
“We will update you shortly”.
But nothing ever actually changed.
Later, the tracking suddenly showed the package as “delivered” in the Netherlands, even though I live in Norway and never received anything. Support then told me the courier marked it as “picked up by consignee”, which is impossible since I was never contacted and the parcel never arrived in my country.
After more emails, they finally admitted the package was sent to the wrong address and promised to ship a replacement “immediately”. That was days ago, and I still have not received any replacement tracking number.
So after almost two months:
My original order was lost/misdelivered
I received dozens of vague emails
I was given false reassurance repeatedly
And I still have no product and no real tracking
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Constant delays, unclear answers, and promises that were not kept. I will never order from this company again. STAY AWAY!
I placed an order for two sabers on December 23rd, which is likely not the best time for such purchases. After a week of my order showing as still being processed, I reached out to the service team. They informed me that processing takes 10 to 14 days, so I decided to be patient and wait. However, it's now been 17 days, and my order is still marked as processing. I sent another email two days ago, but have yet to receive a response. I was hoping to surprise my 11-year-old cousin for his birthday, but that seems unlikely now. I urge the company to look into my order.
This lightsaber is incredible! It's lightweight, robust, produces fantastic sound, and has remarkable motion sensitivity. The support team is exceptional as well. This is my second purchase, and they are definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend them!

From the outset, the customer service was incredibly helpful and addressed all my queries effectively. The representative was kind and diligent, alleviating all my concerns. Shipping was much quicker than I anticipated, even to Mexico. I truly appreciate the excellent work from this company and the representative over the past few days. Wishing them all the best!
I encountered conflicting information between the website and customer service. The site stated my order would ship within 2 days, but after a week without updates, I contacted customer service. They informed me that standard shipping is actually 7-10 days, contrary to what the website indicated. Additionally, I inquired about currency before ordering and was misled about the local pricing. Despite these issues, the customer service was prompt, courteous, and professional. The product quality is commendable, and I am pleased with my sabers. Considering all factors, I rate this company a neutral 3 out of 5 stars. There is room for improvement, but they are not the worst either.
