I ordered from The Saber Company in December and it is now February and I still have not received my order.
First, my order was delayed for weeks before it was even shipped. When I finally got a shipping confirmation, the parcel got stuck in the Netherlands due to “incorrect documentation”. From that point on, I spent over a month emailing customer support.
Every reply was the same:
“My case has been escalated”,
“We are monitoring the situation”,
“We will update you shortly”.
But nothing ever actually changed.
Later, the tracking suddenly showed the package as “delivered” in the Netherlands, even though I live in Norway and never received anything. Support then told me the courier marked it as “picked up by consignee”, which is impossible since I was never contacted and the parcel never arrived in my country.
After more emails, they finally admitted the package was sent to the wrong address and promised to ship a replacement “immediately”. That was days ago, and I still have not received any replacement tracking number.
So after almost two months:
My original order was lost/misdelivered
I received dozens of vague emails
I was given false reassurance repeatedly
And I still have no product and no real tracking
This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Constant delays, unclear answers, and promises that were not kept. I will never order from this company again. STAY AWAY!
