If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this seller has been the worst. I've been trying to resolve issues with two faulty items since early 2024, which were Christmas gifts for my nephews. After they sent incorrect parts to fix the issue in mid-2024, I reached out repeatedly but received no response. Only after aggressive emails in late 2024 did they finally reply, claiming they would send two new items instead of parts. Guess what arrived a month later? More incorrect parts! I've sent pictures and tried reaching out through various channels. Their service is abysmal. I've even contacted consumer affairs, but they also couldn't get a response. Don't waste your money here; find a better seller who treats customers with respect.
