Avoid this seller; seek better service elsewhere. I can't speak to the product quality since they rely on a poor shipping service that failed to deliver our order twice. They have a contract with the shipping companies but did nothing to resolve the issue. Choosing an unreliable carrier and then blaming us for the problem is unacceptable. Our child is left without his Christmas wish, despite ordering well in advance. This seller does not deserve anyone's business due to their subpar service and lack of accountability.
