I ordered a top after seeing it in an advertisement and, after reading reviews, was concerned about my choice. The top arrived a day or two later than the estimated five-day shipping but was of lovely quality in both fabric and zipper. Unfortunately, it was slightly large. The refund process was straightforward; I paid the return fee and took it to the post office. Today, I received a full refund. I'm unsure why there are negative reviews; my experience was excellent, and I would definitely shop here again!
