My experience with the clothing and sizing has been quite mixed, but customer service has been good, and I received refunds on all returnable items without any issues (three returns total). One return was shipped incorrectly but resolved quickly since it was within the US, while another took four months from Canada without tracking due to cost; however, I did receive a refund. The service does not consider delivery time, just that you ship on time. My main concern is the sizing. The material quality is good, and the styles are appealing. I ordered an XS dress thinking it would fit my 90 lbs frame, but it was too small. I couldn't return it as it was final sale. I then tried a size S, which was excessively large, and even another XS was still too big. One item looked completely different online and resembled poorly fitted pajamas in person, despite the nice material. After three unsuccessful attempts, I’m hesitant to try again. The styles are unique, which is unfortunate. I would have rated it higher if not for the sizing issues. There are some positives: you earn points for discounts at checkout, returns are free within the US, and shipping was reasonable considering it came from Australia. I had a positive experience when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they corrected it quickly. If I had better luck with the items, I would have rated it five stars.

Delivery to the UK was swift, and the playsuit is of good quality, but the sizing is significantly off (I wear an 8-10, and the small fits more like a 12-14). Returns are entirely at your expense, and shipping back to Australia costs around £15 at the least, which takes over 10 days, putting me outside the return window. UK buyers should be cautious. I may have to sell it on a resale platform to recover some of my money.
