This has been my most disappointing customer service experience in over 30 years of retail shopping. The quality of the products has declined, and sizing has become inconsistent. What’s most disheartening is the lack of customer support to resolve issues fairly. It feels more about protecting profits than ensuring customer satisfaction, which is not what customer service should be about. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
