I placed a custom order as a gift in November using a mock-up on the website. The rear side of the cutlery was meant to be Black Dune, which appeared mostly dark in the mock-up, but the items I received were mainly white, leading me to believe I got the wrong item—White Dune instead of Black. After a month of trying to reach out via email and waiting several days for responses, I finally called customer service. The representative was friendly but unable to resolve my issue. She told me that I had indeed received Black Dune, but that variations from their supplier aren’t mentioned on the website. When I inquired about a refund, they stated that since it was a custom order and the variation was due to the supplier, they couldn’t refund me for an item that didn’t match what I ordered. Ultimately, the financial burden is on me. As the seller providing the mock-up, it is your responsibility to issue a refund for misrepresented items. For a brand that claims to be luxurious, this has been among the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I would advise against spending your time or money here.
