Product is nice, customer service is subpar, I was told my order wasn't going to be ready until January 31st 2026, I asked to change my order since it was delayed. The next day I got an email back stating my order was shipped. I didn't receive a shipment email until three days later. It showed me they didn't care if I liked or didn't like my order and only wanted to keep the money and give me whatever didn't matter to them.

Disappointing Custom Order Experience

I placed a custom order as a gift in November using a mock-up on the website. The rear side of the cutlery was meant to be Black Dune, which appeared mostly dark in the mock-up, but the items I received were mainly white, leading me to believe I got the wrong item—White Dune instead of Black. After a month of trying to reach out via email and waiting several days for responses, I finally called customer service. The representative was friendly but unable to resolve my issue. She told me that I had indeed received Black Dune, but that variations from their supplier aren’t mentioned on the website. When I inquired about a refund, they stated that since it was a custom order and the variation was due to the supplier, they couldn’t refund me for an item that didn’t match what I ordered. Ultimately, the financial burden is on me. As the seller providing the mock-up, it is your responsibility to issue a refund for misrepresented items. For a brand that claims to be luxurious, this has been among the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. I would advise against spending your time or money here.

Frustrating Shipping Experience

I placed a large order on 11/20 that 'shipped' on 11/24, but three weeks later, I still don't have a tracking number. I've been emailing and messaging on social media with no responses. I understand there can be customs delays, but they haven't provided any updates or replies. The shipping provider confirmed that no shipments have been created for my address. Very disappointing.

The website offers a wide variety of beautiful designs and colors, making ordering simple. The only downside was the unexpected delay in receiving my order. I got an email confirming that my order was being processed, but then I heard nothing for weeks. Beautiful Design with Great Service

The design is lovely and the products are very user-friendly. I initially ordered four items, but two were smaller than expected, so I canceled those. I then placed a new order for larger sizes. Due to a system error, the new items were mistakenly canceled. Customer service responded quickly, took action, and handled the situation well. They even covered the return shipping, which impressed me. This experience showed me their commitment to customer care. The products are great, and the company is trustworthy.
