I placed a subscribe & save order just hours before their Black Friday sale began. The new promotion offered 20% off the first order, 15% off the second, and 10% off the third. Unfortunately, the customer service team couldn't apply the discount to my order and simply advised me to create a new one. Not everyone can afford to spend £250 all at once. After spending £1300 in just 9 months on groceries, I expected a better level of service. I will consider other options next time.
