I placed a subscribe & save order just hours before their Black Friday sale began. The new promotion offered 20% off the first order, 15% off the second, and 10% off the third. Unfortunately, the customer service team couldn't apply the discount to my order and simply advised me to create a new one. Not everyone can afford to spend £250 all at once. After spending £1300 in just 9 months on groceries, I expected a better level of service. I will consider other options next time.

I reached out to customer service, expressing concerns about the packaging quality, but they promptly stated that since I didn't report it within three days, there was nothing they could do. Many people order in advance, and their response felt dismissive. I used to be satisfied, but now I think they need to be more customer-focused and reconsider their delivery partners.
