DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TSORE IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE US! I placed an order on the 20th of march as a gift for my friend's bday which was the 28th of march. i live in Spain and I was aware it could take up to a week to receive my package, the day before her bday i went to track the shipment and saw it hadnt been updated for days. I then emailed them and they said I shouldve received it by now and theyll see whats wrong. IVE BEEN HAVING TO CHASE THEM FOR OVER A WEEK! They reply to your email and forget about you its crazy. After days of them trying to track my shipment, they located it and said ill get it within the next few days (between 2nd and 4th april) Its currently 4th april, i emailed them for the 9th time saying its getting tiring now, my shipping status didnt update since the 2nd and i just want my order!! or a full refund. They said the same thing for the 10th time, theyll look into it blablabla and let me know by the end of the day (like theyve said in every email then don't say anything). I had to obviously send them another email and finally they refunded me straight away, BUT ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND?? Actual joke, i paid 9.56euros for the product and 11.57 euros for the shipping and they lose my package and have the audacity to not give me a full refund. I am now trying to either get a full refund or to still get my order, because i am not losing money for a product i didnt even receive after 2 weeks of constantly chasing them and my friend being left with no birthday present because this company isn't ready for international shipping yet and doesnt know how to deal with problems like this. Embarrasing company. If youre from europe just order from WONDERSKIN. They're product is amazing and youll spend 10 euros extra on it but itll acctually be the same because with Sacheu theyll lose your package and keep your money.
