Can’t get a hold of customer service! My product arrived damaged and they expect me to pay them $10 to return it. They won’t respond to my emails, I’ve written several, and it’s so frustrating. There are so many make-up companies that are so much better than this one. I will never use them again and will advise others of the same.
Very bad experience. I bought 3 lip liners after seeing thousands of ads, I was very excited. I finally received my package to see that it was already open and there was only one lip liner in it. I contacted the customer care and have had no response whatsoever. I paid £35 to get these three lip liners and now the money is all gone. The quality is also quite bad, it doesn’t stain my lips as expected, probably just a slight red tint and goes away in couple hours, so disappointed, I will never buy again from this company and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Terrible. Did not receive my package. It's been 4 months and no explanations, no refund. Customer service will in most cases just not answer, of they do it's barely helpful. This might actually be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Do not -under no cirumstsnces- order from them.
The customer service for this company is awful! I was missing an item in my order and they aren't responding to my emails and there's not even a phone number to call. I will never buy from them again and wonderskin is better anyway and lasts longer.
