Ordered a dress which I liked but didn't fit properly. Started an exchange for a different size. I called and was assured that the different sized dress would be shipped promptly. The dress I returned was received back at S&B but many days passed and I didn't hear anything about the exchange. I started trying to reach them by phone - no answer, or when I requested a call back on two separate occasions I never received a call. I finally got through to a live person, they told me that they were out of stock on the exchange item they were supposed to send me. When I asked why they didn't notify me of that, they didn't have an answer. When I told them I preferred to have a credit instead on the original item, they said that it would take up to 30 days to get the credit. Just very poor customer service and didn't seem to care that I had issues.
