Dress was beautiful but too big and too expensive to alter, so it’s been returned.
Three stars for having to wait in excess of 30 days from S&B’s receipt of the returned dress for a refund. Meaning, I will have to pay off the credit card, wait for the credit to hit and then wait for a refund from the card company.
I am waiting to hear back on my credit for the items I returned on an order that I canceled to begin with and to see about getting the sale price. I believe the dress I purchased was 30% off and I'm waiting to speak to somebody at 813-966-1304 thank you.Been a very disappointing experience so far
Ordered a dress which I liked but didn't fit properly. Started an exchange for a different size. I called and was assured that the different sized dress would be shipped promptly. The dress I returned was received back at S&B but many days passed and I didn't hear anything about the exchange. I started trying to reach them by phone - no answer, or when I requested a call back on two separate occasions I never received a call. I finally got through to a live person, they told me that they were out of stock on the exchange item they were supposed to send me. When I asked why they didn't notify me of that, they didn't have an answer. When I told them I preferred to have a credit instead on the original item, they said that it would take up to 30 days to get the credit. Just very poor customer service and didn't seem to care that I had issues.
The website is easy to navigate and they have a fantastic return policy! It allowed me to purchase a few dresses and find the right one for me. Unfortunately, most of their dresses run too big for me. Please make one size smaller. I kept one dress and love it, but had to get it tailored a lot!

Been a very disappointing experience so far
I returned an order that totaled $4300 on December 10th. I have yet to receive any confirmation that it was received or a refund of that amount. I ordered another dress and I’m keeping it but I will never shop with you again because you basically stole $4300 from me. Just awful.
