Don’t bother if you’re in the UK. I emailed about 90 minutes after placing an order to say I realised I’d ordered the wrong size as didn’t realise it was listed in US sizes even though everything is in £ and they’re advertising shipping to the UK at the top of the page. Nope, nothing they can do. Now I’ve got a dress flying across the world that will be two sizes too big and all customer service can offer is pre-written, condescending templates about understanding ‘how frustrating’ it can be. I can only imagine what fun I’m in for when it comes to returning it! Update: It’s now been a month since I received postage confirmation from USPS that my return had been successfully delivered and I’m still waiting for a refund. I paid with Klarna because of all the reviews below, and Klarna themselves have now opened a dispute with Sachin and Babi as it’s taking so long to receive the refund! Customer service reps are either lazy or entirely disinterested (or both) and I cannot fathom how anyone can still trust ordering from this company.
