I ordered a dress as a potential choice for my daughters wedding (from the mother of the bride section ). It was a lovely gown , but not the one and didn't fit !The cost of the gown was £1100.free postage to UK I immediately noted that on another link, once bought, I could have had 30%off , and fair play to Sachin and Babi refunded the 30%money before the dress arrived . Bear in mind they say Sachin and Babi UK.So returning the dress I emailed , printed the the labels for posting to the US New Jersey following to the letter instructions , so not so Sachin and Babi UK after all. Cost me £215 pounds! Then got a phone call , unknown number asking for my email and saying they wanted more info , what exactly was in the package/ value etc. Frankly , having been recently hacked I wasn't prepared to say the value etc of the package to an unknown caller Turns out it was a genuine call. After several hours of contacting the couriers and their expediting the packing to The US, the couriers confirming delivery, nearly a week later I have had no contact from Sachin and Babi to say they are processing a refund. My advice, beautiful gowns , but it's not Sachin and Babi UK . Till they resolve that be prepared to spend the value of the garment on the cost of a return. Not worth the cost or the hassle
