I just got my new saddle from SaddleOnline. I called to get some help and to see what would be the best saddle for my horse. Francesca in sales was extremely help full. She had me take a wither tracing and send it in to make sure the saddle I chose would fit my horse. I had decided on the Crystal Carved Brown Barrel Racing Horse Saddle, it looked just perfect in the picture also I really liked the rawhide horn and cantle. I also loved the fact that it was clearance for only $399.99, the saddle took about 5 days to get to me. But as soon as I opened the box it was perfect, seat was comfy and the fleece was very soft and well padded. I had also gotten a Girth and a pad to go with my new saddle and they were equally nice.
Overall my shopping experience with saddle online was excellent and easy. I’m glad they have a knowledgeable helpful staff to help me.
I would buy from them again.
