From the initial email discussion all the way through planning, adjustment, and even some significant last-minute changes (including adding a traveler for part of the trip!), Stephanie and SA were fantastic in accommodating and tailor-making my trip to my exact specifications. Once on the trip, Stephanie continued to stay in touch and adjust in real-time as needed, although there were only minor adjustments requested (by me). This is my first time using SA and based on my experience, I would certainly use them again in the future. It was a bit of a leap of faith on my part as I'd never used a service such as this before, but I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything went and how well they are connected with local guides. I can recommend SA (and Stephanie!) without reservations.
