There were absolutely no flaws in our trip. It was even better than what we typically expect in travel; we anticipated having to handle items that were already handled by the in country team. Our most successful trip yet thanks to the diligence of the state side team coupled with in country partners. The Rwanda crew is very focused on making sure that the tourism gives back to the community by way of engaging the locals to be part of the experience and conservation, something I value in my travels and made the trip even that more memorable. I would highly recommend the trip and the 5 Volcanoes hotel was a must. The staff was so attentive to our needs and anticipated those we were not even aware we needed! (AKA foot massage after hiking). Thank you SA for yet another great trip.
