Well.. what can I say... it's hard to tell honestly!I'm from Australia. I always check out cheap tickets to go overseas through Dubai, and then to my final destination... I came across Safarni.com and it was cheapest. I had no reason to not book. (I didn't search for any reviews, and it's both good and bad).I booked, and no confirmation email. I signed up to a profile with Safarni.com and it was so simplified and so unrealistic. I tried contacting them. Of course, no answer on any of the numbers, except one of the numbers contacted me on whatsapp automatically... i responded, and they were already asking for money to confirm something. So I'm like... bloody hell! This is a scam!So now i'm thinking, I need to get my money back. They offered my money back. and i'm thinking they will try scam me further.I said to them that I realised they are scammers, and the guy was offended. I asked for a refund and he said they would.NOW HERE'S THE INTERESTING PART...I received an email from them, saying that my seat is not available at that price and I will be refunded. It seemed like a legit email...I wrote back and said, when will it be processed?.....and....15min later.. the money was back in my account!!!!!Now, I was thinking... am I logged into a dummy account website or something???but nope... it was legit... the money was there, and I transferred it straight away to a different online account... You know.. just in case!BUT...I will still now have to cancel that card I used, just in case they start taking money away, since some other people on here have had more transactions on their accounts.BUT.... I received the FULL amount back, to my surprise!so all in all... I am glad they did that, but shouldn't have booked with them in the first place...
