I made a flight booking through safarni.com. After deducting money from my credit card, I got a whatsapp message saying that my ticket is not available for the selected rate and I have to pay extra amount or else cancel the booking. I immediately sensed that Safarni is a fraud company and I told them to cancel my booking. Also enquired that when I will get refund of booking amount. They said with in 3 days and till now I did not get my money back. May I know, how can I contact them and get money back? Where I can put complaint against this company? Is there any customer grievance cell to file the complaint? I'm in Saudi Arabia. I tried to call the three numbers displayed in website for their call center. All the times, the three numbers are unreachable, called the flight company they told me the booking is not yet paid. Need to get my ticket asap or refund my money. Also they have a Saudi number for customer service, but nobody picks up the call. Sometimes interactive voice response gets active and keep me on hold for hours. But nobody answers the call. Several e-mails, WhatsApp messages, But no response. They are a FRAUD company. Please don't book ticket from them.
