The company confirmed my booking and accepted my full payment for a premium package. However, after the payment, they abruptly claimed the hotel was 'no longer available,' which is untrue. Once they received the funds, they disappeared and were unhelpful. They then suggested inferior hotels and insisted on additional charges of up to £400 per person. Their communication was unprofessional, dismissive, and filled with excuses.
I do not recommend this service; they take your money and vanish. Truly disappointing.
