Oh dear where shall i start off…. One of the worst and unprofessional company ever you will come across! From day one of the booking been mislead with everything, i have asked them to book me a package with 5people been given the price to me and we are agreed on it, once the full payment was made found out the booking they have made for me was for 4people?? When i clearly mentioned that i need a booking for 5people!! They came out with a excuse that you have a two small child so you can adjust in 4people booking when i paid for 5people!
Than coming to visa process, i have told them there is 4british passports and one pakistani passport, they advised me that there will be £36 for each visa. Than suddenly came out with excuse again that for pakistani passport visa will be £135?? Ohh we forgot that there is more charges for pakistani passport!! You call yourself professionals??
Also i had to pay extra for one day in madina because the package they booked me flight was cancelled and was rebooked for the next day, rather than accommodate the customer they make customer pay even though they are the agents and they booked for package! They will not take any responsibility once they booked the flights or hotels for you!!
Funny thing is i have asked them to book me an extra day in madina which was due to flight cancelled, rather than helping me out they rip you off, asked me to pay £250 for extra day!! When i check with the hotel myself they only charged £95!! This is how they help you! 🤣
Coming to hotels bookings, i have chosen Vocco in makkah which was really good, i have asked them to book me a hotel in madina near haram so i dont have to walk very far due to kids with me! They booked me a hotel called waqf bin affan in madina which was atleast 10/15mints walk from haram even tho been told when making the booking ohh this hotel is close by the ladies side which should not take you more than 4/5mints to haram!! Totally a lie!!
When came to checking madina hotel been told that you came too early the checkin time for hotel is 4pm!! For God Sake why pick us up early from makkah and drop us off here 3 hours early!! There is no times or anything mentioned on the booking sheets and they expect you to know that yourself that checkin time is whatever!! Wow very professional service provided!!
Overall the company is full of lies, misleads, unprofessionals, waste of time!!
Once advise for the company please please make the journey easy for people when they going to Allah house not hassle for them specially with the family!
Even though I didn't proceed with my Umrah plans, the agent provided exceptional support in helping me find a fantastic deal that matched my requirements perfectly. He was very understanding and allowed me ample time to make my decision, frequently checking in to see if I needed any additional help. He also presented me with a wonderful package; unfortunately, personal circumstances prevented me from traveling. A special thanks to the representative for their guidance and support during this process — it was greatly appreciated.
They are based overseas and are not even registered locally. They use another company's address to mislead customers. Our experience was dreadful, leading us to take legal action and fortunately, we received refunds for a disastrous holiday. The service has little understanding of customer rights and often makes false promises, changing bookings at the last minute and denying reservations altogether. They are deceptive. When you raise complaints, they seem oblivious but refuse to refund your money. Both parties will lie to the point where you start questioning your own reality! Avoid them and any other service at that location. We fought hard to hold them accountable in court, but it's best to steer clear!

Once they received the funds, they disappeared and were unhelpful. They then suggested inferior hotels and insisted on additional charges of up to £400 per person. I do not recommend this service; they take your money and vanish. Truly disappointing.

They promised a package including a specific hotel, confirmed everything, and took my money — a £1400 deposit followed by £2100 the next day. After receiving the full amount, they claimed the hotel was 'expired' and 'no longer available,' which was a complete lie — the hotel was still listed online. Instead of rectifying their error, they attempted to push inferior hotels and demanded more money, £400 per person. Their communication was unprofessional and dismissive, trying to shift the blame onto me. This company is not trustworthy; they alter agreements after taking your money, blame 'suppliers,' and pressure clients for additional payments. I strongly caution anyone: do not trust this agency. Their conduct is misleading and shows a complete lack of integrity.

Do not book with this agency. To keep it brief, they will mislead you and sell you a package that falls short of your expectations. They advertise hotels as 5-star, yet upon arrival, you find they barely meet 3-star standards. They ignored us during distressing situations, leaving our messages unanswered. They added unnecessary stress to our experience. Their lack of support during challenging times is alarming, and honesty is clearly absent.
If I could give a lower rating, I would. I never expected to encounter dishonesty while trying to travel to such a sacred place. I had to change my booking due to my young daughter's serious illness. Initially, they were supportive, and the representative agreed to a partial refund for my original booking. However, after promising a £2k refund, they are now denying their commitment and claiming I changed the booking. I explained my financial situation, and they seem unwilling to assist. They are attempting to keep my money. I urge anyone with similar experiences to share advice on next steps. If this situation isn’t resolved, I will seek legal counsel.
