I sent several emails for an update and was informed that the package was on its way back to the sender. After reaching out again on November 26, I was told it could take between 7 to 60 days to return. I just checked the tracking via the payment platform, and the product was indeed returned on November 26. I've submitted a claim through the platform to get my refund. I also tried to contact the seller using the previous email, but it bounced back, indicating the email is invalid.
