I placed my order at the beginning of November. The courier claimed they attempted to deliver on November 14, but I never refused delivery, which is untrue. I sent several emails for an update and was informed that the package was on its way back to the sender. After reaching out again on November 26, I was told it could take between 7 to 60 days to return. I just checked the tracking via the payment platform, and the product was indeed returned on November 26. I've submitted a claim through the platform to get my refund. I also tried to contact the seller using the previous email, but it bounced back, indicating the email is invalid.
I have yet to receive my order; the delivery service mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. I'm truly disappointed as I placed the order three weeks ago for Christmas gifts for family members. They still cannot locate where it was sent. It's not worth the money, and I feel very let down.
