This is a fantastic product that doesn’t require batteries or charging. It’s user-friendly. I found the glass sample for testing to be a great addition. The support team was very helpful in tracking my order. I'm delighted to have received it.
My original order never arrived and I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot.Perserverance by Lisa at SafePro X, uncovered that the item had been dispatched but disappeared in the mail. Today the items arrived.So I can now say that they are highly recommended and that I would use them again.
Ordered the Safepro tool to break windows in case of emergency. Ordered on November 30th, money was pulled December 1st and haven't heard from them since. NEVER received product. Paid $44.94. Can't get a hold of anyone to resolve this issue. Wouldn't recommend.
