This past six months I had had nothing but trouble with it
Hijacking orders.
ordering things I have no clue about
Won’t let me pay for orders
won’t let me change personal details apart from my bank account of course
As I am still waiting on two parcel's That it has hijacked I will be deleting the app as soon as I get my order
For date of experience, I have put the past month even though it’s been going on for awhile now
I bought 2 sweat suit set from Malors and paid with shop , Do not i do not buy from this company and do not pay the shop , I’ve been waiting almost a month for expedited shipping , My package was out for delivery for 4 days , Today it was supposed to have been delivered at 4am , It was never delivered ,I purchased my on 1/19/26 , Shop can’t help but they can pay the seller, Malors has responded to my emails , This is by far the worst buying experience in my 60 years of live . Please don’t be another victim , Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank , And if you’re having the same issue, Go to your bank , If companies don’t accept PayPal it’s a good chance that it’s a scam.
Shop really does nothing to protect the consumer from illegitimate sellers. If you buy something from a fake seller, try to cancel order or retrieve funds there is zero you can do, they tell you to contact the seller, really the fake seller. So nothing can be done, no your purchase is not protected at all
I have purchased from social media a couple of times now and it’s directed me to This app to make the purchase, 3 out of the 5 items I ordered never arrived, no customer service, no replies, shops closed down and having to claim refunds back via the bank through the dispute process which is never easy. This app just seems to be a platform for people trying to rip you off.
Mobile app and Web app do not work. The app does not track purchased items: it is always waiting to connect. One cannot add a Passkey even if following the support article or the instructions of the very poor AI chat support.

Seems to be a front for id theft. If i could give 0 stars I would. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. Want to pay your bill? Every time you log onto the app it will tell you there is some sort of problem and prevent you from paying your installment. Want to call to get that sorted? They'll ask you for waaay more information than should be necessary to access your account. Are you trying to make sure you can steal my identity? And if you get mad at them, or frustrated, they will hang up on you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and maybe don't use companies who partner with these scammers. WTF guys. I. Just. Want. To. Pay. My. Bill. This has literally happened EVERY MONTH since I started this installment payment.
I tried to make a magazine purchase from karwansaray publishers and the website failed to recognise my home address for delivery. I had successfully had two deliveries from karwansaray using the same delivery address. My email address and card details were not a problem. I think it's a computer malfunction. Extremely annoying. Not impressed.
Hi I just order from Sarah kept secret worth of 300$ Dyson airwrap and it’s been 6 days no update of shipping please anyone can tell did they order from this shop and did you get what you want.
This app has added a massive layer of frustration to the online shopping experience, and I can’t imagine why stores are paying this company money for this appalling service. Between no tracking numbers (no matter what they promise), no way to cancel an order, and no way to stop them from stealing your information, I have lost all patience. My practice now is to simply stop shopping with companies that insist on using this worthless product.
Shop has a lot of Chinese companies they work with. These companies must not be verified because not all of them send you the garbage they offer. I do not think much of it is worth the money. If you get the product if its garbage it is very hard to dispute a company in China. It is also very difficult to return or get your money back. Shop has no way to complain. It is a terrible shopping experience.
