When asked for clarification, the representatives become evasive and are unwilling to disclose their pricing structure. Prices listed on their platform should be ignored. Although eligible for a discount, they issue an invoice for the full amount and only apply the discount upon prompting, which feels underhanded. If a payment mistake occurs, they are reluctant to issue a refund. We face the same issues year after year with unhelpful staff.
