I have renewed accreditation for over 10 years. Each year, either the first or second level auditor asks for information already provided in our submission. This month, the first level auditor raised a new issue regarding external support, despite having answered this question consistently since at least 2017. While one auditor accepted my explanation, the second level auditor rejected it. It is perplexing that a previously accepted response is now dismissed, leading to a lack of consistency.
