When inquiring about the calculation, the representatives become evasive and refuse to clarify their pricing model. Any prices advertised on their platform should be disregarded. Even though we qualify for a discount, they send an invoice for the full amount and only apply the discount if prompted, which feels deceptive. If an overpayment occurs, they are hesitant to process a refund. We consistently encounter the same problems annually, with varying staff who are not helpful.
