As a firearms instructor armor becomes important when dealing with individuals who've never handled a firearm. I picked Safe Life Defense for it's cutting edge product but really didn't expect cutting edge service. My armor bundle was on back order, which was fine, but as I approached my first range training class I called to see if I could get the order minus the FRAS which was the only real back ordered item (side note, since I waited so long and was receiving sale notices for my bundle, they reduced my price to the sale price. I was blown away) . They shipped it immediately and said the FRAS would be delivered shortly. While waiting I ordered gloves and a carrier for my kit along with a backpack plate. I can't express how professional and customer centered Safe Life Defense has been. I will be a loyal customer for life. Thanks for making a fantastic product and providing even more fantastic customer service.
