Fantastic customer service, but I am really not thrilled with the actual product. The Hyperline panels are the stiffest I have ever seen by a longshot. The vest I'm replacing is a Safariland. Not being on the street and in uniform very often these days, I elected to replace my expired vest with a less expensive Safe Life. I don't expect the Safe Life to be as comfortable as body armor that costs twice as much, but had no idea how uncomfortable it would actually be. It's like trying to wrap your torso in very thick cardboard. It's more uncomfortable than my first Kevlar 129 vest issued to me in 1993....and that's saying something.
