Great Products! However Customer service aspect of company can be improved. I reached out via email several weeks ago and I’ve yet to receive a response. I ordered an item over a month and 3 weeks ago. And between exchanges due to size and swapping material it took more than a month to receive the final item. (to expedite this process in advance, I proactively requested for an expedited label to be created and agreed to pay for it to speed the process up however, that request was also disregarded) Upon final receipt of the item, it was missing all of the patches that were purchased with the item. When I called the company to notify them the person answering the phone had a complete disregard for any and all concerns that I had raised her in the call. Needless to say, I kindly requested a full refund and would rather not do business with a company or individual who does not value customer experience.
