A couple things to justify my rating. First off the concealable vest with IIIa+ panels is extremely comfortable and quite honestly more flexible than i was expecting. And the carrier itself has excellent coverage and just feels like an extension of your body as opposed to others that ive tried that feel clunky, for lack of a better word. As for customer service, they've been amazing. I had purchased a size small and needed to exchange it for an extra small and when i called the number, I had 2 people from their "fit team" calling me literally within minutes to discuss which carrier would work better for me. Then after figuring it out they just started the exchange process without any issues or grief whatsoever. I was very pleasantly surprised. For reference I fall thoroughly between sizes. I am about 5'11 and float between 160 and 180 lbs with a slim/muscular build. They didn't just say "what size do you want instead?" They took the time to go over all the details and measurements to figure out where the original one didn't fit and which one would best address my issues. Couldn't be happier with how this all played out. Top notch crew.
