I ordered a vest carrier and I made the mistake of ordering one too small so on that one when I received it finally it was a week late and took forever to get here and they sent it through USPS when I advise them of the situation they let me send it back but they paid for UPS to come to them then on February 12 they shipped my new one out with USPS again after I told them the problems I was having with delivery it was supposed to arrive on the 17th of February and it never came and it is now March 5 after speaking with them about five days ago they said they have to do an investigation and that could take another 10 days to figure that out and then another however long days to ship a new one and hopefully this time they’ll use UPS it’s been a terrible process
