Ordering online was easy, and shipping was quick, but the packaging was terrible. My order was very heavy and was packed in an insufficient box. I ended up with a ripped box and parts of my order scattered on my porch. The poor UPS guy was struggling trying to get it all stuffed back in what was left of the box. He finally left my $1000 order in a pile. Luckily it was all present and accounted for. Please provide better packaging for your customers’ orders.
