When shipping... rough handling of packages and the very slightest of tape is used when shipping the product. Had to wait an extra 2 days, for UPS sent it to the post office to be delivered, instead of UPS delivering it to my house and they pass by everyday. Box was tore up and I am thankful they put my patches on the carrier and inside of a plastic bag. A piece of tape on the plastic bag instead of it being opened would help protect the product better. My plates fit nicely in the carrier.
