I have to say, while I love the product, the exchange service could use some work. I get it, shipping is pricey, but these are crucial pieces of safety. I'm not ordering a $1200 for kicks, and I doubt anyone is. A week to get it back to SLD, up to 3 days to be inspected, and then another week to get the new one felt like an eternity for every shift I had to use an airsoft vest just to hope the visual was enough of a deterrent to make someone think it was a legit vest.
