I was very let down by this parking service. First, it was not made clear during booking that an extra £20 fee would be applied. I only found out when I got the confirmation email. The additional cost was not clearly stated while I was searching for prices; it was buried in small, faint text that I had to specifically click to see. Had I known about this fee beforehand, I would have definitely chosen a different provider. The drop-off process was also hurried and confusing, but the worst part came when we returned. The instructions said to call after we collected our luggage and completed all airport procedures, and that the car would be returned in 30 minutes. I did exactly that, but when I called, I was told it would take 45 minutes. At the airport, waiting inside was not an option, so I had to stand outside with my child. After 45 minutes, the car still hadn’t arrived. I kept calling and was told each time it would be “another 10 minutes.” In total, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes—outside, lightly dressed, with a child, at 10 p.m., after a long flight. Absolutely terrible service. I do not recommend this provider.
