Absolutely disgusting company, do not use them. We arrived at airport at 9.30pm when we contacted them we were told they had a drivers strike and were taking longer to bring the car back. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, trying to call and having the phone and messages ignored, asking for the postcode to collect the car ourselves without luck the company finally sent a taxi to collect the drivers of cars only. So four women had to get in the car and were taken to a disgusting site full of massive potholes and water logged. The staff at Stansted airport kindly took a further group of 7 there to collect cars to. No sorry, no compensation in fact the man seemed to be getting frustrated that we were calling for updates. So two hours after landing we finally got the car back. This is definitely not an easy option, we would have been better off parking ourselves and staying on site. This awful company are nothing to do with Stansted Airport and really cannot be trusted.
I had a very disappointing experience with this long-stay parking company. We followed instructions and called 30 minutes before arriving, but still had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to collect the keys. It left us stressed and rushing to make our flight, which is unacceptable when you’ve planned ahead.
The return was even worse. After getting back, we waited 75 minutes for our car. We stood in the orange parking area as instructed, only to be told to walk to the blue parking area with all our luggage in the cold. We refused, and only then did they finally bring the car over.
Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, and frustrating. I would not use this company again.
AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! Multiple families, including those with young children, were left waiting outside the airport for over three hours in freezing conditions. We made several attempts to reach them using the provided contact number, but nobody picked up. Ultimately, we had to take a taxi to the parking area they use and retrieve our car ourselves. We even had to involve the authorities when we found numerous cars with keys left unattended in a box by a porter cabin. When the police asked them about the situation, they were dismissive and claimed they had no drivers available. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this parking service and cannot recommend it to anyone. When I made my reservation, I was informed it was a meet-and-greet service: just drop off the keys at the airport, and upon my return, I was to call 30 minutes ahead for the driver to bring my car back. After completing my booking and payment, I was unexpectedly notified of an additional £10 short stay charge, which was not disclosed during the booking process. The most frustrating part was upon my return. I called as directed and was told there was a shortage of drivers, and I would have to wait an hour. After half an hour, they instructed me to go to a different parking area, claiming the driver was “on the way.” I ended up waiting there for 1.5 hours in the cold, repeatedly calling them, and each time I was told “the driver is coming,” which was untrue. Eventually, after numerous unanswered calls and misleading updates, they informed me that a van would pick me up and take me to my car rather than bringing my car to the airport as promised. This is NOT the service that was advertised or for which I paid. When I finally received my car back, the handbrake was very loose, and the condition of the vehicle was concerning. This service misleads customers, imposes hidden fees, provides false information about arrival times, and has very poor communication. After a long flight, being left outside for over an hour in the cold is completely unacceptable. I highly recommend others to steer clear of this service and opt for a more reputable airport parking option.
Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. I followed every instruction in the booking email, which indicated I should drive to a specific postcode to park and take a shuttle bus to the airport (advertised as a 'park & ride' service). Upon arriving at the postcode, there was no sign of a parking service. I kept calling the provided number, but no one answered. I started to feel scammed until a friend, who had booked the same service, called to say they were instructed to drive to a different location to drop off their keys. By this point, I had already wasted 20 minutes searching for the place. When I finally reached the new location, an employee in a high visibility vest with 'Safe Meet & Greet' on it told me they couldn't find my booking. I had to show proof on my phone since my vehicle registration wasn't appearing on their system. I then had to pay an additional £10 to leave my car there and hand over my keys. The entire process was disorganized and not as advertised, nearly causing me to miss my flight. To make matters worse, upon my return, despite following the instructions, I had to wait 45 minutes on a random road outside the car park before someone picked me up. A few of us were collected in what seemed like a personal vehicle, not a proper shuttle bus like those used at other airports. The driver didn't seem to know where my car was and had to drive around the parking area pressing my key fob to find it. The experience was nothing like what was promised, and I ended up having to spend extra money to drop off my car, which was never mentioned beforehand. I will be doing everything I can to get at least a portion of my money back.

This service is extremely unreliable. On the day I dropped off my car, the driver crashed my new vehicle and wrote it off. I had a bad feeling during the handover that the driver might have been under the influence or in a rush; I should never have handed over my keys. Six days later, upon my return from vacation, I was informed that my car had been totaled by their driver, and no one was there to greet me or provide a replacement. Now, two days later, I still haven’t received a taxi refund of £260. They weren’t even answering my calls upon my return. I have no choice but to pursue legal action now and have contacted the authorities. I’m still in shock and felt it was necessary to share my experience to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Please avoid this service!

CAUTION: Avoid this service at all costs. They were late to pick up our car, almost causing us to miss our flight. Upon return, they didn’t answer the phone for 20 minutes and then quoted a 50-minute wait time, despite a 30-minute guarantee in the contract. They also misplaced our car key, causing further delays. The phone operator was rude and offered no apologies. If you make just one smart decision this year, choose to never use this service, regardless of tempting offers. Just check the other reviews (I wish we had).
