If I could give no stars, I would. This was the worst experience imaginable. We called as soon as we landed—no answer. Eventually, we reached someone who said there would be a 45-minute wait. Upon exiting, we discovered two other groups, one of whom had been waiting for 1.5 hours. Each time we called, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. It was now 1:30 a.m., cold and wet. We finally managed to persuade one driver to take us to the distant compound to retrieve our car, which was clearly nowhere near being delivered to us. A dreadful experience.
