I had one of the worst experiences ever with this airport parking company. After my flight landed, I waited over 3 hours for my car to be returned. No one was answering the phone, and there was absolutely no communication the entire time. I was left standing outside the terminal with my luggage, completely frustrated.To make things worse, when I finally got my car back, there was no apology and no refund offered for the ridiculous delay. The staff were rude and unhelpful when I tried to raise the issue.Save yourself the stress – do not use this company. Totally unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money!
