WOULD NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY STARS IF I COULD AVOID THEM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Read the other reviews. We had a disappointing experience with Safe Meet & Greet Limited. During drop-off, the process was quite slow, and when I called on the phone, the staff member I spoke with did not come across as pleasant or helpful. No uniform or ID just a bloke who took the key. Upon our return, it took over an hour and 15 minutes to get the car back, which was frustrating at 3am in the morning. I sent 15 messages and made 15 calls, no reply. When the car finally arrived the driver made a feeble excuse that our car had been blocked in by another 19 cars. Their website says no additional charge, we had to pay £10.00 fee upon entering but no mention and£10.00 before exiting the car park. No time to argue was catching a flight. It also seemed that my car was parked quite a distance from the airport, which was inconvenient. We stood for over an hour waiting for our car to be returned to us and watched the carnage they created with other people at 3 am in the morning. It was so ridiculous to watch and so sad for the elderly people that just did not know what they were in for when they returned from their holiday. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on our experience. In our opinion, for a more honest and efficient service, I suggest considering other parking options at Stansted in the future, I believe Stansted run their own Meet and Greet Service. I am very surprised that they allow such companies to operate from their premises. Very disappointed, but of course they do not care.
