I have had booking with them from 15th August 2025 to 18th August 2025. After my return I have called them to let them now that I have arrived and I’ve been told that they will bring my car in 2 minutes. Although I was waiting more than 30 minutes. I tried to call the driver 3 times while I was waiting and nobody answered the phone. Just a few miles away from the airport after I have collected my vehicle the whole headlight fell off and than I have found out that the front bumper is damaged as well. I called them back and they told me to send the booking details and pictures of the damage to the same number in iMessages and that their manager will investigate it and call me back in 4 days. It never happened so I sent them an email as well but still haven’t heard back from them. I am about to try to contact them one more time and if I still won’t heard back from them I’ll take legal action against the company with my lawyer. The driver had to crash in to a wall or something like it as the damage was too bad.
