Awful service. These are just men driving to the airport to pick up your car. Called as requested and left a message 30 minutes before reaching airport. Took a screen shot to prove it, they still arrived late after an argument! so that cost £15 extra. We videoed and photographed the car, glad we did on return they had taken £5 of coins from inside. Got a message that they will investigate but nothing came of it. If the people driving the car are stealing from inside it. I wouldn't want them any where near any other cars ever again. AVOID and def CANCEL IF BOOKED.
